I am considering demolishing a 3bed bungalow, about 73m2, and getting a rebuild done. Any idea of costs?

Here is the best way to price a new build ok.
£1200 for every square mtr on the ground including foundations, brick work, plumbing and electrics...
Then it works out at £600 sq mtr for the upstairs including internal walls, plumbing, electrics and the roof.
