After graduating from high school, a student that wants to become a Pediatrician must finish:

four years of college
four years of medical school
one year of a Pediatrics internship
two years of a Pediatrics residency
So that adds up to about 11 years of school and training to become a Pediatrician.
It is important to note that during your internship and residency years, while you are still learning, you are not really in school and are getting paid for your work.

As an alternative, you could apply for an accelerated college/medical school program, which can compress those eight years of school into just six or seven years

First of all those GCSE grades are brilliant so you don't need to worry about any of them, A-Level will be the main grades you need to focus on. As long as you have chosen Biology and Chemistry the other two A-Levels are irrelevant. The grades you need to be getting in A-Level is at least AAA when you leave, if not even higher, possibly A*AA. Most universities around the UK do not allow access to medicine courses unless you have 3 A's or more at university. What you will do when you leave college is go on and study medicine for 5 years in university, then once qualified as a doctor you will do two years working in a hospital; these years you will be known as a F1 Doctor in the first year and F2 Doctor in the second year. When you have completed those two years you can then chose a subject to specialize in obviously yours will be a career as a pediatrician. You will usually spend about 4-5 years specializing in that subject, and once those years are completed you will be a fully qualified Pediatrician.

how about medical school? Pre med? A lot of colleges have set plans for people wanting to go that route. An ACT might be a good idea

You might want to learn how to spell paediatrician first. Then if you master that I suggest all science subjects and maths.
