The crowds are chanting this two-word phrase, and there are signs everywhere. I suspect it is an insult, probably obscene, so I'm not going to type the phrase, not even in the original Portuguese. The translator tells me that it means "It Is Bush", what does it really mean? Please be clever and subtle if necessary, so this question does not get deleted for bad language.

I see signs that say "Fora Bush," translated "Get out Bush." I don't know Portuguese, but it is close to Spanish, and in Spanish "out" is "fuera," and if you want somebody to get out fast, you shout "Fuera!" so I think this is the correct translation.
