Jcpenney, or Victoria secret. They both do fittings. As for wich brand, it all depends on what you like. Because you can get padding or no padding. Underwire, or no underwire. thin straps or thick straps. 2 hooks or 3 hooks. etc. you get the picture. I would just get fitted and then try a bunch of brands/styles on to see what i like.

Victoria Secrets for fitting and the best bras. They have a bra to fit evryone and the selection is great. Some are expensive buy they last forever. They do not fade or fall apart like ones from Wallmart ot K-mart. Its worth the investment, you'll be glad you did.

Nostrum has a special section for it and is supposed to be one of the best. Victoria's Secret has also good bra fitting, and good polite employees. At victoriassecret.com, at bras has instructions for sizing. According to this you can find what bra's best for you.

Victoria Secrets, they are so nice and really know what they are doing. They will even pick out bras for you all you have to do is tell them what color and what you want the bra to do for you. Push up, hold in, support for a long time, seamless look, padded, whatever you want they have it. I never felt more comfortable buying bras, I even went when I was pregnant and they really helped me pick out the right bra for my engorging breast. lol And if it seems too expensive for you there is no obligation to buy so just get fitted then go somewhere else and buy.

not Victoria Secret's they have teenagers measure you, and they don't seem to know what they are doing. They said I was an A when later on on I found out I am actually a B. I have nothing against teens, considering I am one. Just go to a place that is has more experienced older people.

Nordstoms, Macys, Pennys, or Herbergers. The women are all very nice and helpful. I stay away from VS because there a just college chicks working there as a part-time job. And make sure it's an older woman who measures you...they know their stuff.

I agree with a few of the previous answers, make sure that who ever does your measuring knows what they're doing! V. Secret has the best QUALITY bras in my opinion.
