i have a really feminine friend named vincent barraza, i dont want to ask him brutally if he is homosexual so how do i break it to him?

Are you gay? If so, you could mention an ex in passing, or a cute person you saw, or something along those lines, and then judge by his response.
Oh, and you could say something like, "I met this pretty interesting girl the other day, I thought you might like her." to be really back-handed.
But why not just "hey, no biggie, I was just curious, are you gay?"

just because he is feminine acting does not mean he is gay. If he is your friend and you can talk to him, ask him but be prepared for his answer regardless of what it is. If his being gay would change your relationship with him, you may want to leave it alone or risk ruining the friendship.

So don't ask him brutally (whatever that means), ask him politely. If he is gay, he's not going to find such a question offensive; it's only if you've jumped to conclusions that you might risk upsetting him.

However, how is this in any way your business, unless you plan to ask them for sex?
There is nothing for you, in your infinite wisdom, to "break to him," without acting like a pompous jerk.
