I know Sting has a song in 5/4 time, but I can't think of it off the top of my head (I think it's on Ten Summoner's Tales). Rush loves to use all sorts of funky meters, too, but I'm not that familiar with them. Most of the non-4/4 songs I can think of right now are in 7/4 (e.g. Jethro Tull "Skating Away", Pink Floyd "Money").

15 Steps by Radiohead
Fresh Pair of Panties by Snoop Dogg
The Persistence of Loss by Nine Inch Nails
Nothing Yet by Tracy Chapman
Seven Days by Sting

And my favorite song in 5/4 (other than Take 5) is the Mission Impossible theme.
