No, even with a growing light, which you can pick up in home depot now, you will not have enough light and heat. I have tried. Get a window box and you might be lucky.

If you have a southern exposure you can, the fruits need 8 to 10 hours a day of sunlight to ripen

Not Inside but you can grow them in containers and place them in direct sun in the yard somewhere where you can maintain (water) them.

I think you can buy them at Wal-Mart.... it is a kind of tomato that grows up a vine with no pot.... it can grow up the porch railing. I forgot what it is called though. Sorry.
