No, people who are dying should get whatever they want, and all the comfort they need.

It depends, is she dying from the marijuana? Then yes, I would since she probubly knew it was wrong but still did it. But she deserves to have what she wants since she's dying unless she's like a criminal or something. I don't know? I Need to know more about the situation. But how stupid can you get that your dying and smoking. I mean come On??????

Not personally, and I don't think the government should either. If she is dying, chances are that she is smoking it to make herself comfortable, not just to get high. Personally, I think that marijuana should be decriminalized for medical purposes as well as recreational uses and with FDA approved drugs like Marinol available with a prescription, the government is just making themselves look hypocritical. Why is Marinol legal, but marijuana is not? Marinol is neither as effective nor as safe as marijuana. God made marijuana, man made Marinol...who do you trust?

I couldn't. That would be cruel. I'd tell her smoke up! Feel as good as you can when the time comes, you will go in peace, as it should be.

Just because she is "dying" doesn't mean that she is dead.
