Exfoliate tomorrow morning (mix sugar and water & rub it in a circular motion GENTLY over your face).
Apply a light moisturizer with SPF.
Don't wear foundation till then, just to be on the safe side.
Make sure you wash your face with a light cleanser when you wake up and when you go to bed.
You should be all set by Friday. But if you still have a little redness, use concealer.

By Friday? yikes. Well to start stop wearing make-up, it will only clog your pores even more. Use a gentle face scrub, Neutrogena has some good products. After a good scrub use a gentle cleanser and follow up with a light moisturizer preferably one that has an SPF in it. For the red spots Neutrogena Rapid Clear it visibly reduces the redness in about 8 hours. As for after Friday get some Proactive it is gentle and works so good. I've used it for 2 years now and don't have any breakouts or blackheads anymore. Good luck and don't stress drink lots of water too it will help.

Go out and get a mineral powder foundation for Friday and a good exfoliant - use it and use it only on Friday. (exfoliant) before you put your make up on!
Don't have this happen again by doing a daily regime of a wash, toner, and cream and using an exfoliant twice a week and a weekend mask. If you do this day/in your skin will be in great shape. Find products you love -
Sadly if you do this before Friday I fear you will break out
and look badly. As cell turn over for a good face takes time and it may look bad before it looks better.
Treat yourself to a nice lip gloss too -

If I were you, I would just wash, and mositurize at night. Splash cold water on your face in the morning and moisturize. If you want use a scub on Friday, right before whatever event and then moisturize. I find right after I use a scrub is when my face looks most radiant. I only use a scrub for special events or maybe once every week or so.

Dont do anything too harsh or it will make your shin redder. Use a gentle scrub, ease up on makeup until friday, drink plenty of water, get some exercise and fresh air! (gets your circualtion going!) Get some sleep, dont eat greasy foods...

wow by Friday that's too fast and we can't work miracles i would suggest getting the black head out by squeezing them. you an astringent nothing too strong or try a mud mask... them moisturizing properly. if you skin isn't blemish try using foundation and concealer to cover the Marks for the day after cleanse properly and leave the skin to heal it self.. good luck..
