whats this brand name of lotion?

i see people at school who always have this lotion..its in a blue and orange tube thing...about the size of a regular lotion bottle...and it has a veryy strong scent...almost kind of fruity....and i think its a new product...does anyone know the name?

It could be any number of things... I'm picturing a tube of my friend's Bath & Body Works lotion (this particular lotion was Tahiti Sweetie), but I really don't know...
