Im a smaller built guy, 120 lbs and 5'7". I can hardly ever find clothes that fit me. Small is usually too small, especially after being washed. And medium, is huge before its washed, and extremely wide after it's washed. So what am I supposed to do? I don't want to look awkward because my clothes don't fit. Honestly I probably wear 10% of the clothing I own, everything else I bought hoping it would fit after washing and it doesn't.

If your terribly fussy and can afford it than you can find an article of clothing you like and go to a tailor and have him make it custom to you. Quick fix is; go to the "boys" dept. the styles are now very sophisticated, really, and buy Large it should do you nicely. Anything more than casual, you will have to have made or remade for you. Good luck!
