That's a pretty interesting idea. Depending on where you live, how about a 1- or 2- week pass to Gold's Gym? I found a promotion on their website for a 1 day pass free (see links.) If your gift recipient goes, I'm sure they will have to tolerate an aggressive, non-stop sales pitch.
