You poor thing, it is awful to have a cold when you are pregnant and unfortunately you really shouldn't take any over the counter drugs to help other than the odd paracetamol.
Try to have hot drinks instead like hot water with lemon or fresh ginger in, or peppermint tea. All of which helped my morning sickness. For a stuffy nose use a few drops of Olbas oil on a tissue to sniff during the day or stuff it in your pillow case at night.

Many decongestants contain ephedrine, which can raise the blood pressure, so should be avoided in pregnancy. Instead, use a vapour rub or inhale drops that contain decongestant oils like menthol and eucalyptus. Put a few drops in a bowl of steaming water and inhale for 10 minutes to clear your head.

No - it contains medicines that shouldn't be taken during pregnancy.
Take some paracetamol, and have a cup of honey and lemon - same experience but perfectly safe!

No! I was told by no means as I had the flu at the start of my pregnancy. Consult your doc for medical advice though.
