I rely on both anytime i have problems i just keep believing that one day everything will get better and everything happens for a reason. then If possible i try to corret my mistakes and always remeber this as a life lesson. the mind is a terrible thing to waste so I always rely on myself beacuse I am the only person that Knows me best. Of course..coz these feeling of yours come from ur heart,mind and soul...in this way whatver decision you take is totally under your control
Any positive or negative result from ur decision..will affect you..and you will end up feeling responsible and independant answering ur own problems rather than running to soemone else for help...
Its kinda refreshing too...
