shes throwing this party and wants all of our friends to come including the guys! but they wont come dressed up so we need a way to get them to come! and dress up!

Tell the boys who ever dresses the best gets a date with the b-day girl you going to hold a drawing and people will vote on the best dressed guy Tell them it will only be for a few hr then after they get there they will start to have fun tell them your going to plaay spin the bottle and some other things that will work if you don;t know how to play it just ask this can be fun it you make it fun can be fun if that doesn't work I'm sure you'll think of something

how about telling them the can dress up as recording artists or managers of a band roadies etc
that should fit into the theme
like give them ,p diddy,pete wentz,
make them dress up as bands actors etc
