Putting it in a pan, adding oregano, spices, lemon pepper, lemon seasoning, salt, pepper, basil, parsley, then adding just enough water to make the chicken float but NOT covering it, then cooking it just like that.
It's healthier, and full of flavor.
Poking it with a knife half-way through enriches the flavor because it cooks through and through.
Cooks in 30-45 minutes, too.Well, depending on how thawed-out or not your chicken that you're using was/is. Great with soy sauce and rice.

There is so much to do with it..Hard question..I guess Rotisserie..Then I could probably make anything else with the left overs!
