Only if you've been bitten by a venomous snake, at which point its a bad thing. Where did you hear that? Never mind. I don't want to know. I once knew a girl who thought that lions and tigers are the same species.

Now either your questions is 'Does a every person have venom in them?" or "Does a person ever have venom in them?"

The first is a straight out no, and I've already answered the second. Venom is a toxin that certain animals produce and contain in glands until they need them. Some ocean creatures have spikes that can inject venom, and the most well-known form of venom is in a venomous snake's bite. The venom is used for either defense or for hunting, and in neither case is the venom in the blood stream. Some insects are poisonous, meaning if they are eaten they make the predator sick, but venom has to be injected. Because humans have no fangs or spikes. I think its pretty safe to say that nobody has venom in their body.
