She probably has a fetish for this type of behavior. Fetishes are normal. It seems weird to you but this is a "turn on" for her and she probably does not consider it weird. Another example of a fetish is toe licking. It is rare for somebody to have that type of fetish however but it you like the girl and this is the only thing that bugs you I would not worry about it
