Your question is somewhat funny to me. I am unable to tie my own shoe laces and wear shoes with Velcro pull overs, but in the answer to your question, "yes" I would if they were in a position for me to tie. I am a firm believer in helping others.

sure if thier arms were broken...If it was just some stupid female trying to use her looks to get free stuff from men then i would tie her shoelaces together and laugh at her when she fell face first into a glass coffee table.

No because if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. Otherwise they could possibly ruin your shoelaces with their cheese stained fingers. Either way.
