have you tried to print a job or an image and after customizing some preferences in the page setup dialog, when you try to print, something goes wrong and never is printed? i'm having this problem in windows vista

Sounds like a driver issue, try reinstalling the print drivers, If you have Vista drivers they should work. If you are using XP drivers try using compatibility mode after installing the drivers.

attempt this: correct-click the printer icon, elect 'Printer houses,' and then the 'Sharing' tab. some thing else to attempt: Open 'community and Sharing center.' elect 'replace progressed Sharing Settings.' go by the settings; make certain they're maximum superb.
