I didn't find your question rude at all, merely to the point. Geesh, some people!

See if your Realtor can arrange a rent back agreement so that you may stay until the 30th. This is pretty common and may work unless your buyers have to be out of their place by the 17th.

Failing that, you may have to put your things in storage and move into a residence hotel for a couple of weeks.

Good luck.

There are good options for short term housing now. Talk to your realtor. I answered your other question also, you can work this out best by communicating with all parties openly and honestly. The worst case scenario may be that you stay in the house after the 17th and then lose your buyer. You have to ensure that everyone is happy; no matter whether you are legally entitled to stay or not you do not want this to end up in court for years. Work it out amicably.

Rent a storage unit and stay in a hotel. That's your only option unless you can get an addendum to change the closing date on your current home.

Have you ever heard of the word "please"? You might try using it instead of DEMANDING an answer. If you need to be out by the 17th of this month, then you will have to find other accomodations until the 30th. There is always your car. You should have thought of this before agreeing to the 17th.

First off the the way you asked your question is rude and arrogant. Don't be surprised if you get some rude answers.

It is called temporary housing. Put your stuff in storage and live at family, friends place for awhile. There are some motels that have kitchenettes that rent out on a weekly/monthly basis.

Get a storage unit and rent a hotel room or stay with friends or family
