Violation of privacy only applies to the government. Depending on the context of the video however, you might have a suit. Like its not illegal to take pictures with a camera phone, but its illegal if you purposely take pictures of underage girls in sexual poses.

I can't think of anything illegal about it. She must have filmed you doing something that you are afraid will reflect badly on you during a custody case.
I don't know whether it would be admissible in court or not, since it is NOT a criminal issue, it very well might be.

It is, certainly violation of your privacy. Kick her out otherwise she would take advantage of you in future as well.
