Name a country with the best human rights and the least amount of government corruption

By the mixed thumbs up and down I'd say half of you are not being truthfull to yourselves, it does not have to be the U.S. just because you live there
If you did live here you would know that it has been corrupt sense it's start

Although Sane's answer is the most accurate, since no country can quite fit the bill, I would have to say Switzerland. Now based on all the thumbs down I see, I can only assume someone wants the answer to be the US. Sorry but I answer questions as asked not as wanted.

I believe it was Finland who was rated as least corrupt.

I would argue that the United States; however, is by far the country with the best human rights record. Its citizens are protected by the US Constitution, which allows for many rights other countries do not allow. The United States is also the most generous nation when it comes to aid, especially food and economic aid. It was the US who rebuilt Germany and Japan after both countries declared war on her, it was the US that distributed rice and grain in Somalia, and it was the US who donated the most and even flew the supplies over to help those affected by the Tsunami in 2004.

Sweden and Finland (Denmark and Norway are also) are considered best countries to live according to the Human Index of UN. They have free and best education system and best social policies.
