well I have pretty perfect skin (thankfully) but I use it and LOVE LOVE LOVE it I only use it as a base (hence foundation) Some girls think "cover up" is a one step solution to all skin problems...It's kinda heavy but its not cakey it looks and feels very natural...If you have blemishes I would recommend clnique's product line its fairly inexpensive and it available at most department stores that have makeup counters (macy's...stores like that) or online at sepora.com.It's very hypoalegenic. But if your on a "drugstore" budget then the matte mouse is a very good bet I have yet to find a better product at a drugstore...One of the only problems with it is it is hard to find a truly matching color I would recomend also buying one shade darker and one shade lighter than you naturl skintone

i personaly love it when u put it on it feels like u don't have a lot and it looks so natural and it is a great way to cover up the acne and to my skin it doesn't make it worse but it all the depends on what kind of skin type u have or is it too sensative

I have heard really good things about Matte Mousse by Maybeline. I personally would recommend it.

It blends and covers very well on smooth skin, but if you have large pores it will settle into them, and if you have any healing blemishes or flaking it will stick to that. I don't know that it will make your skin worse but if you have any of these problems, it's not the best choice.

I used to wear this foundation all the time and it really clogs your pores up and makes your spots worse, also it looks eally bad over spots and makes them look worse, I started using another Almay fondation and my skin was a hell of alot better.

It is a very good foundation. It does look very pretty. It feels very light and comfortable and it wont harm your skin either.
