Yes I do. Two ways. One is called the Rote method. You start off one sentence or phrase at a time. When you have memorized it, you add another sentence or phrase and go over the two of them until you feel comfortable with them. Then add another. Then another. Over time, you will be able to memorize long passages. That is the way actors memorize words.

Secondly, this way worked with my kid. I discovered that he was having trouble memorizing a stupid Thanksgiving poem for school once. And yet he had absolutely NO problem memorizing the words to his favorite rap songs. So we tried learning the poem in Rap. We sat at the table banging out the rhythm and before I knew it he had the poem down flat. However his first grade teacher was NOT happy when he came into school and recited the poem beginning with YO YO and saying it in rap cadence. LOL ...

Remember - never bite off more than you can chew. Take it in little increments and you CAN memorize anything. Here is a good way to practice... Do you ride the bus to school or walk? Either way, start by remembering something near your house when you leave - let's say = a gnome lawn ornament on the front lawn next door. The next day, remember something a little farther - like a house with crooked numbers on the front door at the corner. Keep adding things to your list. Then every day, test yourself and try to remember the order -- the gnome next door, the crooked numbers, a cracked flowerpot on the porch, a broken streetlight etc. See how many items you can remember. It will help you to train your memory. YES it does work. C.

I wish there was. To the first person who answered, we know this is an incredibly dorky thing to want to learn. That's what makes us nerds. I feel it is better to be aware of ones dorkiness than to stumble on blindly through life thinking you are cool when you really are not.

there`s no such thing really, it`s not like taking a course in klingon. Tolkien made it all up by mixing Welsh and ancient Finnish but never actually composed a "language" on it`s own.
