The most noted one and the oldest recognized one, is on Fifth Avenue in NYC. There is no actual organization to it, people just stroll along Fifth Avenue in their Easter finery.

It depends where you live... Here in New Jersey they have one in Cape May, And I think Atlantic City puts one on. Also New York always has one down 5th Ave.
