i have this beautilful gay guy on my hands that i likes very much. he is a 'girl' that is very spicy and is very moody at times. lately, in the bedroom, things wasn't going that good except for one time. but she is still with me, which i can't believe. i'm just scared she might be looking for someone else to take of her other than me. how can i build up so we can be romantic again. how can i win and keep her when i know it other guys out there. i'm really feeling insecure about us and myself. please help me. i don't want to lose her. what can i do or keep doing to keep him.

Go through the events of the one good time through your mind. Figure out what made that one good. It should be missing from the other (not so good) times.
Once you've found the secret, expanse your sexual plays around that.
Also, when having sex, aim to please 'her'.
If 'she' is the sensitive type, you can tell her how much 'she' means to you. But if 'she' is the egois type, never tell 'her' that.

Id like to help but im confused by your question, you say, gay guy, then you say, she is still with you.
I think its us who need the help to try to understand your question. If he is a he dont call him a she it does not help us to help you ok.
