If you're smart or lucky, you still have the unlock codes for the games that you don't have CDs for. I always save those in an e-mail account that I can access via webmail. You should be able to download and re-activate the games.
If you didn't save the unlock codes, see if you can find a receipt, and talk to the people at the company. It doesn't always work, but it's worth a try if you have a receipt.
If you don't have the unlock codes or the receipt, you're going to buy Diner Dash (or whatever game it is) again.

If they are online games I'm sure you can still play them online or download them again. check the website. otherwise I think you just lost them. Didnt you back them up?
