These are the forms of energy placed on the electromagnetic spectrum according to wavelength. There are many types but the most common (in order of shortest to longest wavelength) are gamma rays, X-Rays, UV rays, visible light, infrared, microwaves, and radio waves. That's more than five, so I'm not sure which five you were after. I hope this helps.

its mostly mechanical or physical energy. when water seeps into the ground and freezes, the cement cracks and thaws which causes cracks in roads or sidewalks. -it can also be due to the roots of some trees. usually when they are really big, the roots tend to stretch out and destroy the ground underneath.

There is only one .... electromagnetic. Any other subdiivisions are atificial and based on wavelength and crap like that keeps people from learning that they're all one and the same. I hate the way they teach science.
