Makeup Artists Cosmetics=MAC
Its a Higher quality brand and meant to last longer. Its just like any other department store brand like Clinque or Lancome, However it is geared towards a younger more hip generation.

That is all I wear. I believe it is so high because I find it to be a great product. I use the lipglasses, eyeshadow; lip and eye pencils but I save because i do not wear makeup everyday so I can save. I have concealer and powder that I brought about 2 years ago and I barely wear it. If you wear make up everyday maybe you should try a less expensive kind to cut the cost a bit

It's higher quality than what you get in the drug stores. In the long run, you get more for your money with Mac.

B/c the quality of the makeup is really good and is very hard to make. But you can do as well with cheaper brands like L'oreal and Maybelline.

because the make up is alot better quality than say rimmel no7 it lasts alot longer and generally looks alot better

I don't know why but I do know it's well worth the money....that's all i wear and it works wonders!!
