Look up "Eddie Van Halen" He uses a technique called "Tapping" He has a song called "Eruption" It's just his guitar playing and nothing else - it will blow you away once you listen to it. It's the coolest thing in the world. It involves using both hands on the fretboard.

you can do teh basic stuff like playing with your teeth, behind you back, behind someone elses back(i've seen it done), twirll it around your body, just get creative.
