Quit and start your own landscaping business. I did this 3 years ago with a 21'" Craftsman Lawnmower, 17" Troybilt trimmer and a Craftsman blower. In total tax and out the door less than $400. That first year I made a little over $1000. The next year I did a little more advertising up over $5000. Last year stellar year for me looking close to $11,000. You wont become a millionaire over night. Heck you wont become a millionaire more than likely. But you are the boss. You make your hours. You decide how succesful you want to be. well you can do one of two things,first you can suffer thru the day with the idiots you work with or you could find another job and possibly work with more idiots. you lose either way,or you have one more option and that would be to start your own business
