has it ever happened?
My cat gets really horney when on heat and rubs and backs up to my dog, but when not in heat she beats him up!

Two different animals can produce offspring if they have the same number of chromosomes. Dogs and cats do not, therefore they cannot produce offspring together. On the other hand, horses and donkeys do have the same number of chromosomes. They can mate successfully and their offspring is a mule.

To tell the truth,I saw on the news that a cat mated with a dog
and came out with these catdog like babys.So I say it is posible that cats and dogs can mate and come out with offsprings.

They can mate yes, it does happen occasionally, but they could never have offspring. The sperm and egg are far too different to be able to join together and form a fetus.
