Bawhahahahahahah! That is freaking hysterical! My boss must be your bosses brother or something! People who think that they have some type of authority believe that the rules of the normal person does not apply to them. If you ask me, being a boss does not give you some exclusive right to be a DI*K HEAD to anyone. I demand the same respect that I give. This guy over here would have me cleaning the grout in his bathroom if I would let him. I was laughing because he just had this minor melt down cause someone brought him the wrong type of coffee from Starbucks, so he threw it all over his freaking wall. LOL...what an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think of the reason for the terrible two's. It's the young persons abilities putting them in a position to be able to do things that they are unable to do, and the constant frustration this causes. I'd say it is likely that your boss feel frustration over his inabilities which has reawakened the child within.
Two year olds generally are self-centered and immature, sort of like your boss?

Is this your boss we are talking about or their child? If it's your boss, sorry to hear it, maybe you ask if they help pulling the stick out. If it's the child, it is probably a discipline issue where the child is used to getting their way all the time. Some kids just don't grow out of them until they are like 5 though.

Oh, they didn't tell you?....the terrible two's mean TWO people will get on your nerves...one until age 3 ; the other (usually your husband but in your case- your boss) for the rest of your life!
Hang in there.

Some people just don't know how to enjoy life so they're miserable. As the saying goes... misery loves company. Don't let your boss bring you down. Personally, I'd never work for a jerk.

Some people stay at the terrible twos until death -- they are always acting as if they need a nap.

A lot of kids don't grow out of that til they are 4 or 5. Or it could be a discipline issue.

They start at 2, but without proper discipline, some continue in that path and grow up to be obnoxioius.
