Why did the gov. move DLS time up 3 weeks,(usually around the 1st of April) and extend it 2 weeks this fall?

Last year it was on April 2nd, and Oct. 29th. This year it is on March 11 and Nov. the 4th.

Well you know that this happened under the Bush watch so I thinking that he needs to see the light of day.

longer daylight seems to mean less electricity used for lights

Possible that is the result of the GLOBAL warming that all of us fee.
