V = L di/dt
Assuming the coil is ideal also.
7 = L 20/0.02
L = 7/1000 = 0.007H = 7mH

And were is the rest of the problem?
Like inductance, resistance..?

Let
L- inductance and
R resistance of the coil

We have
i(t)=V/R(1-exp(-t(L/R))

So now that you have the equation what exactly do you want to know?
