I am not a person who enjoys listening to that sort of music, if you can call it music. It encourages disrespect of the law, women and every thing we should hold dear to us. I believe if you are a person who is all ready having some difficulty in life , I can imagine that it could possibly increase the thought of it, as does movies and games in encourage violence in our youngsters. Such a shame because life is so precious and we should cherish each moment.

Well it may. I use to be like a rock star I liked when I was a kid. I had my hair the same way he did dressed the same way. And along the way I got women that way to. Okay not as many as him haha. But yes we are influenced when were teens by our musical heroes. So I think it could in some people. Since then Ive learned its just best to be yourself. Growing up is hard we all try to fit in we do what we have to. Peace out.....................

I find it very hard to believe that that is indeed possible. To my understanding rap is mainly about men sing about the guns that they have, the bling and women that they refer to as b***hes and w***res.
If any music should influence you to kill i would have to vote for Heavy Metal Rock. Everyone knows that that type of music is sometimes dark and depressive. I love rock but it is not for the easily influenced individual.

I think it does. I cannot abide listening to it. It makes my temper flare. I want to smack something whenever I hear it booming from a car so loud it rattles the windows, and I'm considered a person with a very even temper. I'm sure it could drive someone to murder or at least extreme violence of some other kind.

It's just as easy as it is to blame music as it for blaming computer games and TV shows. Violence is a serious problem today but putting blame on the media isn't going to help anything.
