i just bought a white jacket taht is cropped with brown buttons and it is really cute....the weather is getting warmer and white is appearing in all the stores....so when do you think it is okay to start wearing it?

Traditionally white shoes are acceptable from Memorial Day through Labor Day; I don't believe clothing has ever been an issue. Today, though, I think you can wear white whenever you want. With the brown buttons you can wear the jacket with brown clothes or accessories to make it more seasonal, but I don't believe in restricting your fashion based on archaic traditions.

You can start wearing it now but please.....wear it on a sunny day. NOT when its cloudy out. I don't know where ur from, but I live in Cali and we can get away with wearing a whole lot of things b/c its sunny most of the time. But spring is here and so yes u can slowly start to bring out ur light colors. Remember if its in department store windows, chances r, it's ok! So, go for it!

Honestly in today's world the whole 'white and Labor Day' thing is out. Fashion is huge right now and those little rules have been done away with. As long as it's not blistery winter outside then yes I would say go for it. The first day of spring is in a week. I would say then you could get away with it and not be tacky.

The old rule was after Easter, but I don't think anyone pays any attention to that. It's spring ... wear that cute jacket !!!

That myth about white and labor is just a myth. You can wear white anytime. Spring starts next week sometime but I'd wear it out friday night.

i became only gonna say placed on gray! like she is, you could placed on black under it, you could placed on gentle pastel colours like gentle blue, gentle purple , lavender. do exactly no longer experience it with like dark purple, eco-friendly. keep that for the black jacket. !
