Magnetic North. It's also the same heading as 360. Headings are based on dividing up things in degrees like on a protractor with North being 0 or 360 and South being 180. This originated with the use of the compass to find North back in the day. The circular compass was divided up into degrees and we still use that notation today.

You would be heading to one of the various Norths... either Compass North, Magnetic North or True North - it depends how you determine your heading. But zero degrees is always some value of North

You are probably talking about a compass heading, so it would be magnetic north. Or if a GPS on true, then it would be true North.
