The very first is hard to figure; a lot depends on what counts as a memoir. One of the earliest works that fits the modern definition of a memoir is Augustine's "Confessions" (4th century AD); for earlier books with some features of a memoir, you might look at lists of Greek, Roman, or Byzantine literature.

I believe the first one we still have is "The Tale of Genji".

It's often called the 1st novel and it's kind of a memoir
