You can buy cheaper at pre-construction pricing. Those projects under construction will have an agent on-site. By the time the condo building is completed, ownership of the units have changed hands a couple of times with an increase in price each time. Surely there are some existing units for sale but at considerably premium prices. I also suggest buying directly from the developers' on-site agent to save on commissions and other "add-ons".

Oh, if you will pass along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, you will find lots of condos for sale here. If you want a classy one, you can look for a unit in New Manila, Quezon City.

I don't think there's any low cost housing in the Philippines especially with prime areas in Quezon City. Try contacting your local government for any low cost housing project if any. You'll have more chance in getting it outside the Metro Manila area.

your question is a bit confusing. buying a condo in the philippines is not cheap (based on peso earners). so there is no low cost housing that is a condo. i know of a real estate agent in QC. if your interested, let me know.

QC is so big..
I believe low cost housings in QC are in those far area like San Jose Del Monte or Fairview..

Manila is very expensive period!!! If you know folks or have relatives there, have them look for you or try another area. I live in Angeles City, Pampanga and I avoid going to Manila as much as I can. That's my preference though.
