People who have no idea of the correct way to drive an automobile on a good day insist on getting in a car when it is pouring down rain and drive 20 mph faster than they usually drive and somehow manage not only to have a wreck, but usually hurt somebody else also?...I am a cop and when it rains,I work,on average,4-6 accidents in a 12 hr shift, and it usually is some old, blind, deaf,or a combination of the 3 person who has no clue how to drive properly trying to "get to the store" or "going to my friends house"...in a blinding thunderstorm?anybody?
