4. Get a safe companion for your grandmon (e.g., a pet) whom she can talk to

tell her u have to go do something or listen to music on ur mp3 while she's talking and nod your head so she thinks ur listning oh and remember to smile or frown depends if she looks like she's telling a sad story or happy one

Dont go nere her and if you have no choice to go nere her dont talk about anything that could start along conversation.
