Either is good as long as the instructor is aware of your pregnancy and what you should/shouldn't avoid. You are always safer to not start new exercise while you are pregnant to avoid injury so go easy and listen to the teacher.
The best exercise in pregnancy I think is swimming or aquanatal exercise classes

Pilates Or Yoga For Pregnancy

Both are good. It's really a personal decision. Whatever you do, make sure to either take a class specifically designed for pregnant women or talk to the instructor. There will be some exercises that you simply won't be able to do anymore (especially once the belly gets bigger!)

Personally, I would be lost without prenatal yoga. I find that it calms and centers me while still providing a good workout.

Its a personal choice. I'm personally a fan of pilates so I do pregnancy pilates. Plus, its better for me because I had a pre-existing back problem and the pilates strengthens your core muscles to compensate for the relaxed ligaments you have during pregnancy. Yoga just isn't my cup of tea. Best of luck to you.
