i have worked so hard on all of my games and i dont want it deleted. is there any way to recover the files without deleting them?
also i brought my memory card and a game to my friends house and then the game wasnt corrupted

Chances are good the Gamecube itself isn't corrupt; merely the memory card. Your files on the memory card may or may not be corrupt; the only way you'll know is to go to your friend's house, transfer them from one card to another, and try that card. I find it highly unlikely the system itself would be corrupt, however, as there is really no way for a virus of any sort to infiltrate it.

If the game is saved on your memory card, then you're still alright; as far as the game saves go. If there's something wrong with your game cube, guess you're gonna have to get another.
