My son is 8 months old and in a day we generally
nurse 4 times, then once overnight
breakfast is 3 scoops ( about a tbsp) of oatmeal cereal, 3 tablespoons apple sauce and 1/3 of a banana
lunch is usually 3 scoops of one kind of purreed veggies and 3 scoops of another veggie
dinner is usually 3 scoops of rice cereal, 2 scoops of a pureed veggie and 2 scoops of pureed fruit.
Throughout the day, my son generally drinks about 4 oz of water from a sippy cup.

I found the Gerber website has a great menu plan for infants. Check it out at www.gerber.com. This site gave me an idea of how to vary his menu and about how much he should eat at meal.

well, my son is 14 mo... but hes been eating the same stuff since he was 10 or 11 months.

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg, 1 peice of whole grain (unenriched) toast with butter (dairy free).

Lunch: Crackers and hummis, or an avocado sandwhich, or some fruit and crackers... really depends.

Snack: Fruit or crackers w/ sunbutter

Dinner: Whatever we have... I try to serve fish once a week, and include 3 veggies in each dinner... plus brown rice or whole wheat pasta

he still nurses alot too, so hes gets alot from that... i give him water throughout the day.

My daughter is 10months old. When she wakes up around 9am she gets a bottle. Around noon she eats a jar of baby food and a jar of fruit or some kind of desert. She eats stage 3 baby food. Around 2pm she starts getting a little hungry so i give her another bottle. Around 5pm she has half a jar of baby food and desert. And at 9pm that would be her last feeding and she prefers a bottle.

yeah - in specific situations i could be working at u . s . a . kitchen for twenty-four hours right now to make some extra money (no longer when I had a baby inspite of the indisputable fact that) whether it is ridiculous! standard, approved daycare centers have a rule that childrens can not be at daycare better than a number of of hours according to day and a number of of hours a week. She ought to look at the policies on your section. stable for you for suggesting that. i can not even think of a mom desirous to be far flung from her baby all that factor! definitely everyone else is real - locate out what's happening. If her gut says to call cps out of outrage some thing is erroneous, tell her to no longer hesitate. The worst mistake she will make is to forget approximately approximately her instinct and positioned a baby in harm.

my son is about to be 9 months. he wakes up, and i feed him his bottle. then 2 to 3 hrs later, i give him cereal. theres the gerber boxes, and theres gerber stage 3 jars. then 2 to 3hrs later, i feed him his food. stage 3 gerber, anyone cause my son likes them all. after he eats all of it, i give him his dessert. stage 3 gerber, any flavor. 2 to 3 hrs later, i give him his milk. then 2 to 3 hrs later its his dinner, again, the gerber stage 3. and then before he goes to sleep, his milk. and during the day, i feed him his finger foods, gerber fruit puffs. theres different flavors, and it dissolves in their mouths. if your child isnt used to pieces of food, or doesnt know how to mash and chew wit their gums, then gerber stage 2 is fine. they got so many various flavors and mixtures that they might choose one than another. my son eats everything, so i dont have that problem. good luck.
