That would depend on how much water your sprinkler can put down per minute.

As a general rule, a lawn should get 1-1.5 inches of water per week. Preferably in 1-2 waterings.

It depends on the weather. If it is hot and dry I will water more then if it is not. I would leave my sprinkler on for about 15 minuets.

where do you live?what kind of soil do you have? what type of lawn do you have?always water in the early morning..
