I think people are forgetting that these corporations started out just as small as the little shop down the street. They got where they are today because THEY'RE DOING SOMETHING BETTER than the competition!

Well, since I have never been to a walmart and I don't have a car because I live in a city where one is not needed I would have to argue with this theory. And I care as much for the corporate elite as they care for me and my family, which is nothing above the bottom line...

no not at all corporate elites should be paid on basis of what they have done to company standings. There should also be a law that exec pays can only be X amount times higher then the lowest paid employee in company. They should have the same stock plans as employees and no golden parachute awards.
Middle class has to buy toyotas to make it to work can't afford to miss work while car is in dealership being worked on.

Do they have a choice? What do you think they should drive? Cars that they build themselves in the garage or something. The middle-class doesn't have much choice. I wouldn't say that is hypocracy. In fact it proves the point that there should be more affordable options out there. Maybe if this was a true capitalist society we could have those options not just a few from the rich.

Walmart and Toyota Corolla's....yep thats the high life. The corporate elite with their gold toilets and 200 million dollar golden parachutes, these are the jerk-offs America is tired of.

I actually am tired of it; whether we work for someone else, or we have our own business, somewhere in there a corporation is in the mix, as an employer, a supplier, or a customer, so when we slam them, we are cutting off our collective nose to spite our face.

I know. The poor things. The corporate elite can't look out for themselves. Bravo for you to stand up for them. They are probably too busy counting their money to defend themselves anyway. So keep up the good if dirty work.

Well, if they deserve it, they deserve it. Do you think the stockholders of Home Depot are pleased that the CEO who did such a poor job was given a "golden parachute" of 210million dollars?

Nope it's capitalism. Slaves didn't like their slave masters but they still depended on them to feed and clothe them. Same thing with sharecroppers. People do what they have to do to live. If they only choice is dirty water or death they will drink dirty water, but they don't have to be happy about it.
