I wanted to know anybody's advice on US states that would be good for horse ranches. The weather should be decent and I don't want any big cities. Any ideas? Thanks!

My father went to Montana and said it was beautiful. Very mountainous and cool weather but it was comfy. The town he went to had no electricity. It was way up in the mountains near Canada. There are horse ranches there. You would definately be out of the city.
