I would most likely have to go with my health. Dont drink or smoke. Not because I cant but I choose not to.

Finding the things people have done that are outside the normal ways of thinking and trying to see if I can use them as an influence on me.

It is only when the barriers on thinking have been removed we realise they were there in the first place.
